What We Measure
You need objective criteria. We avoid vague wording like "faster." Every comparison uses measurable performance metrics captured before and after migration.
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)
How quickly the main content of your page becomes visible to visitors.
Time to First Byte (TTFB)
Server response time — the delay before your page starts loading.
Performance Score
An overall Lighthouse performance score under comparable test conditions.
Core Web Vitals
Google's key user experience metrics: LCP, INP, and CLS.
Improvement must be demonstrated in at least one of the primary performance metrics measured before and after migration under comparable conditions.
Conditions
A few straightforward rules so everyone knows what to expect.

FlexSite reserves the right to select participants.
Sites must be migrated fully to FlexSite.
Performance comparisons use industry-standard tools.
Sites with major code changes during evaluation may be excluded.
